We might have an opening for our Sprout #3 property on Burke Avenue this Fall.  Preference is given to prospective tenants who want multi-year leases and to set up direct deposit for rent payments.

    At the time you sign the lease, sprout Rentals will provide you a list of contacts including: local grocery stores, the closest gas station, coffee shops, movie theatres, etc.  We will also provide you contact information to set up trash pick-up as well as other utilities.
