We might have an opening for our Sprout #4 property on Appleton Drive next summer. We will know for sure by March 2026. Preference is given to prospective tenants who want multi-year leases and to set up direct deposit for rent payments.

    In compliance with the federal Fair Housing Act, Sprout Rentals is an equal housing provider that does not discriminate based on race, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin. 

    Each circumstance is different.  The full review process is outlined in detail in the Application Process & Cost Breakdown document posted in the Reference Materials section of this website.  In general we priortize in the following way:

    1. the length of the lease (multi-year lease requests preferred)
    2. whether or not the applicatant plans to set up direct deposit
    3. background check results (criminal and financial)
    4. characteristics of the applicants (rental history, previous landlord recommendations, etc.)
    5. phone or personal interview
