Tenants are responsible for setting up and paying all monthly utilities as outlined in the Application Process and Cost Breakdown document.  To help, we provide a list of contacts. 

The only utility set-up that is slighly different is the City of Grand Rapids water/sewer account -- which must remain in the landlord's name. In this case, we will provide copies of the quarterly statement when it arrives and ask you to reimburse us by the billing due date.
