We might have an opening for our Sprout #4 property on Appleton Drive next summer. We will know for sure by March 2026. Preference is given to prospective tenants who want multi-year leases and to set up direct deposit for rent payments.

      Pets are considered on a case by case basis. This document outlines expectations for tenants who want pets. In the event that pets are approved, the attached addendum must be completed and a separate pet deposit collected. For additional costs associated with having pets, please see the Cost breakdown outlined in the Application Process document.
