Sprout Rentals is a local company started in 2007 with the goal of bringing a personal touch to the rental housing market on the NE side of Grand Rapids.  We want good renters and offer quality properties, great customer service and mutual respect in order to find (and keep) them.

Our Goal

The foundation of our business success is identifying mutually beneficial landlord/tenant relationships.  Our ideal tenants are responsible adults who want to live in a nice home ... and be nice neighbors.  For our part, we commit to providing top-quality, well-maintained homes in ideal locations.  We also believe in being responsive to renters needs & inquiries.  In return, we ask that you take care of our home and honor your commitments as a tenant.  With good communication and honorable behavior, we can both benefit.

Our Motto

We have a good friend from Chicago who's truly the nicest person you'd ever meet.  Over the years, we've have had many discussions about the true value and meaning of the word "nice”.  Although we've identified many characteristics and definitions, in the end we always come back to the simple fact that … nice matters.  From these conversations our motto was born:  “Nice Properties, Nice Neighborhoods … a Nice Place to Be.” 

The Meaning of our Name and the Symbolism of Our Logo

Our company name and the seedling on our logo was like everything else – symbolic and carefully chosen.  Sprout is the beginning of something … a business for us, a new home for you.  In both cases we wanted a fresh start and one that represents new growth and endless possibilities.  It doesn’t hurt that the symbolism of freshness also conveys our belief in the importance of clean/green energy and living more responsibly.
